I want to challenge you to think about how you live your life.
How many of your daily actions do you do because it is expected of you? Or do you do them because you think you should?
If you put yourself first, what would you do differently?
If you added up all your happy moments in a day, week, or month, what percentage would it be?
What one thing could you do differently, from this moment, to increase that happiness percentage?
The only finite is time.
We have one life.
