Outside ideas is a team of makers, thinkers, strategists and friends with over 20 years of experience supporting small business owners. Outside ideas is lovingly built and maintained by us.
In 2017, Peter came up with the brilliant idea that is Outside ideas – small business support. His previous experience made it obvious that he’s passionate about helping business owners build better businesses, better lives, and better relationships.
Sarah Mols joined in 2020, and Laura Ayienga (Marketing Manager) soon after. Since then, the team has expanded, welcoming Robyn Smuts (Operations Manager), Justin Dones (Marketing Assistant) and Elaine Corgado (Operations Assistant). We’ve also brought in a bunch of other really talented suppliers who make up our extended team and help us deliver exceptional service at a small business price point.
When we first started, Outside ideas was purely for small business coaching. Over the years, we have expanded to offer more business support like Mastermind monthly events, Mastermind groups, business and planning workshops, resources for small business owners, and more!
In 2022, we won Networker of the Year – a testimony to the fact that relationships are core to our business. We were awarded the title ‘Business Hero’ in 2023.
