What You’ll Be Doing

Working with the marketing team to get our Youtube content in front of the right people.
Researching high-volume keywords in our niche to boost video visibility.
Optimising titles, descriptions, tags, and channel metadata so our videos are found by the right people.
Making sure our channel looks sharp and on-brand.
Promoting videos in relevant groups across platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn to expand reach.
Tracking results and tweaking strategy to keep improving.

What You’ll Learn

How YouTube SEO really works (beyond just “adding tags”).
How to use social media groups and communities to drive traffic.
The steps needed to reach YouTube monetisation (1,000 subscribers + 4,000 watch hours).
How to align YouTube growth with real-world business goals (like lead generation).

What We’re Looking For

A curious, data-driven mindset. You love testing, tracking, and improving.
Someone who understands the basics of SEO (or is eager to learn fast).
Confidence to promote content in groups without being spammy.

1 day a week during term time.

6 weeks off (aligned with college holidays).
