Hi, we’re Oi (Outside ideas), and we’re opening our doors to a creative, driven Video Editor who’s hungry to gain hands-on experience and sharpen their skills in a real-world setting.

👉 This is an unpaid placement designed to give you real-world experience, mentoring and a chance to work on published content as part of a team. If you’re looking to build a portfolio of real-world experience that will help you fast-track your career, look no further.

You’ll help us turn long-form content (like webinars, podcast interviews, and coaching calls) into short, punchy clips for social media.

🎬 About the Opportunity

You’ll work closely with our marketing team, diving into real editing projects that get published across our platforms. This isn’t about fetching coffee or watching from the sidelines – we want you editing, learning and growing from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Editing long-form videos into short-form social clips
✅ Adding captions, transitions, music and graphics
✅ Naming and organising video files clearly
✅ Suggesting content ideas and formats
✅ Working with the team to keep everything on-brand

You’re creative, curious, and love turning raw video into engaging stories. You’re not afraid to try things out, take feedback, and improve. You’ve got a basic grip on editing tools and a good eye for what looks and feels right.

Whether you’ve used CapCut, iMovie, Canva, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, or just dabbled with TikToks and Reels, if you’ve got a creative spark, we want to see it.

You are:
