Networking in…with Sarah Santacroce

On Wednesday at Networking in…we were joined by Sarah Santacroce with a talk about humane selling.

Her talk centered around replacing the sales funnel with a gentle sales path.

We need to prepare people to want to buy from you. The gentle sales path is empowering. It’s about giving power back to the people, and having the client contact you when they are ready.

She went into the differences between the sales funnel and the gentle sales path:

  1. Intention
  2. Client experience
  3. Length
  4. Language

She then went ahead to break down the humane selling ingredients:

  1. Human Rapport
  2. Transparent Communication
  3. Empathy
  4. Perspective
  5. Pragmatic Information
  6. Gentle Sales Path

A huge thank you to Sarah Santacroce for sharing her wisdom with us at this session.

We’ve got a great list of upcoming speakers. Click here to find out and book on.
