Networking in…with Michael Anderson

Yet another fantastic Networking in…session! It truly just keeps getting better.

This Wednesday, we heard from Michael Anderson on “How to cultivate a leadership mindset.”

Michael is a Conference Keynote Speaker, Trainer, Mentor, and Adviser.

The consciousness is broken into the ego and the authentic self.

The authentic self is our natural state when we’re feeling safe, while the ego is when we feel the need to be protected.

All poor leadership traits are because people are in their egos.

The key to leadership is understanding when you’re in your ego and moving to your authentic self.

You’re in your ego because you feel threatened and because you’re not comfortable.

Great leaders recognise ego and bring people back to their authentic selves. They realise that ego is born out of fear and brings people back to their authentic selves.

What a great session!

You are all invited to our upcoming sessions. We do our best to bring along motivating, knowledgeable speakers, and we’re sure you’ll find full value in the talks as you make some new meaningful business connections.
