What a session!
Wednesday’s Networking event was absolutely phenomenal, serving as the perfect post-weekend return.
Kyle Raffo, the director of Embello, delivered an enlightening talk on ‘Breaking Free from Blame, Excuses, and Denial.’
It was a timely discussion with perfect takeaway points.
Kyle kicked things off by sharing his personal journey – how he established a thriving multi-million turnover business with over 50 employees across multiple UK locations by the age of just 18!
On the surface, he seemed to be living the dream. Yet, internally, he was grappling with misery, burnout, a lack of hobbies, and social connections. His work-life balance was virtually non-existent.
Ultimately, he made the decision to sell the business, liberating himself from the cycle of Blame, Excuses, and Denial (BED).
Kyle then delved into the ‘living above the line’ mindset strategy, emphasizing the importance of taking ownership of problems, being accountable for outcomes, and maintaining responsibility for everything that unfolds. It’s all about finding solutions!
