Marketing is a lot easier when you’ve got the basics in place. The foundations of marketing are clear:
1. Know your market
2. Know which part of the market you are going to target
3. Know how to position your product/service to your chosen market segment
Nobody cares about your product as much as you do. You need to be more marketer/customer-oriented. Speak to your market.
How can you do that when your market is so big? That’s where segmentation comes in.
