My background and experience is in qualitative research, which means talking to customers/audiences, getting them to open up to me and then distilling these conversations down into commercially focused insight to drive revenue and growth.
I’ve just started the Qualitative Mentor Program, to help others in my field with the tips, tricks and hints I learnt the hard way! Also to overcome the isolation, impostor syndrome and ‘I’m not good enough’ mentality that can take hold of us all from time to time.
