It’s natural to feel a little unsure about how to manage these situations, and even worry that you’ll make things worse. That’s why we offer Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training – training perfectly designed to help you to feel confident navigating the more complex conversations.
Our MHFA courses are open to bookings from the public, no prior experience necessary.
Course tickets are £300 + VAT per person and include:
