Networking-in: Why Customer Experience is Your Secret Weapon

On Wednesday, we had Vinay Parmar come to speak to us about delivering a premium customer experience to fight churn and win loyalty.

Customer experience is typically treated as the garnish on the salad rather than the main ingredient, and that’s where we go wrong.

As the saying goes, people will forget what you did, people will forget what you said, but they’ll never forget how you made them feel.

Marketing is the invitation, the brand is the reason they say yes, and customer experience is why they come back.

Statistics show that consumers are 5 times more likely to stick to a brand that delivers a positive experience. Moreover, 1 in 3 customers would leave a brand they love after just one bad experience.

The solution? Find inconsistencies in your customer experience and fill them. Customer service is like farming. You don’t see the immediate results but you’ll see the collective results. You have to be long-sighted.
