Bob reaffirmed that in business, no one buys from you because you need the money. They buy because they believe they’ll be better off buying from you.

Giving and receiving are two sides of the same coin. You need to ‘focus on the giving and allow the receiving.’
We even explored intriguing topics like the Dunning-Kruger effect, which sheds light on why some people seem overconfident despite knowing little, while others doubt themselves despite being knowledgeable.
