We’ll discuss the impact of our words and phrases\, while offering practical guidance on the appropriate language to use in order to create supportive and empathetic conversations\, giving you the confidence to engage in conversations about mental health with anyone. \nRebecca is the director of Siendo\, which provides workplace wellbeing services to businesses across the U.K. From proudly working with clients such as Nike\, Converse\, Barbour\, The Big Issue\, University of Oxford and the NHS over the last few years\, it’s clear that there is a growing recognition that we need to prioritise wellbeing in the workplace. \nNetworking in\nWhat works for one person can sometimes be a complete turn-off for another. We looked around at all the other groups\, took the best bits; and did it our way. \nWe believe that the best networking groups are diverse in age\, sex\, race and religion. We also believe that people buy from people; we don’t exclude or have caps / exclusivity within a sector.
