GDPR training is a vital component in the quest to protect data. Done right, it can make for an engaging, informative experience that helps to protect people’s data and keep your organisation GDPR compliant.
The law doesn’t say what staff training should include or how often it should be delivered, and this entirely depends on what’s suitable for your organisation.
The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) states that training should cover data protection basics, what to do if something goes wrong, and what privacy information you give to customers, members, clients, and staff.
Join Kellie on Friday, 27th May at 12pm, where she will discuss:
- How to conduct a staff training needs analysis.
- Why building a culture of data protection best practice is good business.
- How to deliver interactive, and dare we say ‘fun’ training sessions.
