And sleep deprivation is REALLY bad for us.

This workshop will led by medical herbalist and contemplative coach, Victoria Wright, PhD. Victoria has a rigorous and scientific approach to helping people understand their own health issues thanks to 10 years’ experience working as a research scientist and 6 years training as a medical herbalist. This is uniquely combined with 20 years of meditation training and the study of contemplative psychology and coaching.
