Tired? Sluggish? Struggling to concentrate?
Here in the UK 1 in 3 of us is suffering from some sort of sleep deprivation. In fact on average we get just 6.6 hours of sleep a night. That’s at least 1 hour less per night than we actually need.
And sleep deprivation is REALLY bad for us.
As well as the noticeable side effects from forgetfulness to weight gain, lack of sleep can lead to long term health problems such as heart disease and diabetes.
Don’t let it be you!
Come along to this lunchtime workshop and learn how to sleep like a cat*. We’ll cover:
- What causes sleep hygiene is and how you can improve yours;
- How you can recognise the emotional causes of insomnia and how to manage them;
- How to develop a strategy for improving your sleep that fits into with your lifestyle.
You will leave with an alternative way of looking at sleep and practical solutions to help you sleep like a cat*.
*my cats sleep for at least 20 hours a day
