- Develop a strategy for creating freedom from anxiety that fits in with your lifestyle.
You will leave with an alternative way of looking at anxiety and practical solutions to create freedom from it for good.
This workshop will led by medical herbalist and contemplative coach, Victoria Wright, PhD. Victoria has a rigorous and scientific approach to helping people understand their own health issues thanks to 10 years’ experience working as a research scientist and 6 years training as a medical herbalist. This is uniquely combined with 20 years of meditation training and the study of contemplative psychology and coaching.
