Change can be difficult.
Even good changes like getting back normal life.
The last year of lockdowns has been challenging for all us but as human beings we’re good at adapting. In fact, we’ve so good that being stuck indoors all the time probably feels normal now.
So it’s perfectly normal that we might feel anxious or nervous about going back out into big bad world, and even seeing our friends again.
In this workshop, you will:
- understand your response to change and how your attitude can affect it
- learn how to deal with change so you will suffer less stress about coming out of lockdown
- develop your own action plan so that you can enjoy coming out of lockdown.
This workshop will be led by medical herbalist and contemplative coach, Victoria Wright, PhD. Victoria has a rigorous and scientific approach to helping people understand their own health issues thanks to 10 years’ experience working as a research scientist and 6 years training as a medical herbalist. This is uniquely combined with 20 years of meditation training and the study of contemplative psychology and coaching.
