I’d like to challenge you to have a think about how you live your life.
- How many of your day to day life actions do you do because it is expected of you? Or you do them because you think you should?
- If you put yourself first, what would you do differently?
- If you added up all your happy moments in a day/week/month what percentage would it be?
- What one thing could you do differently, from this moment, to increase that happiness percentage?
The only finite is time.
